Coming from a place of genuine compassion, Tami approaches treatment with authenticity, personality, honesty, knowledge, and humour. Providing individual, couples, and group therapy for a variety of mental health issues, Tami roots herself in a neurobiological understanding of psychology, utilizing empirically validated treatment methods to help her clients grow through their challenges.

I hold a Masters in Counselling and a certificate in Intensive Sex Therapy. I’ve also completed Sexual Health and Pelvic Health certificates at the University of Alberta. Other specialized training includes EMDR, Gottman Method for couples, and Emotion-Focused Therapy for individuals and couples. These trainings equip me to support diverse therapeutic needs.

Carly is deeply passionate about helping people and is honored to be able to share in the healing process with her clients. She believes the therapeutic relationship between the client and herself is one of the most important elements in creating a safe place for healing and growth.

Christine helps clients explore, discover and understand themselves and & learn new skills and strategies to create positive change. She tailors her therapeutic approach to fit each individual’s goals, needs, personality style and readiness for change, but draws primarily from person-centered, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) therapies. She also offers the possibility of integrating clinical hypnosis and EMDR into therapy.

Crystal’s areas of specialization are sex-related issues and sexual health, including concerns with low sexual desire/drive, sexual pain, sexual dysfunction, as well as relationship difficulties like infidelity, boundaries, and communication. She has extensive experience with anxiety, depression, stress management, and self-esteem/self-compassion.

Erin Nesbitt is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor based in Edmonton, Canada, whose work centres on one thing: helping people find peace with food and their bodies. She works with people recovering from active eating disorders — including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED, and Severe and Enduring Anorexia Nervosa.

Harpreet works as a facilitator for change, healing and growth. Harpreet’s areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transition, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, grief, family of origin issues, addictions, chronic abandonment, anger management, immigrants’ mental health, work stress and marital problems and marital problems.

Katherine works with adults and youth with various presenting concerns including anxiety, addictions, low self-esteem, depression and trauma. She has personal awareness of how important it can be to seek outside support, and how much bravery it often takes to tell our stories when it is our stories that have made us feel incredibly vulnerable.

Lisa has a passion for helping people through difficult life circumstances and is honoured to be a part of that process. She has found the most important part of therapy to be the relationship built with her client. It is through this therapeutic relationship where she has seen incredible change, growth and transformation.

Tory’s approach to counselling is genuine, supportive and direct. He frequently uses humor to add creativity and insight to counselling sessions. Although Tory tends to work frequently from a cognitive behavioral model, he also incorporates elements of emotion-focused, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies to best meet the needs and interests of his clients.

Tyrone believes that healing happens through awareness — of self, others, and the systems we live within. With experience working with men’s issues, identity, stress, anxiety, trauma, and personal growth, Tyrone focuses on helping clients reconnect to themselves and their world in a meaningful way. His approach combines compassion with direct, grounded insight, encouraging self-awareness and genuine change.

Our office manager Andy is working towards his Executive MBA while being an amazing father to his two spirited children. It was this foundation in client care that led him to accepting the position of office manager with Transcend, working away behind the scenes to help to provide the best quality of care for our clients!
